Personal Philosophy-Insight On My Approach
Relationship, relationship, relationship! Connecting with students and gaining their trust is my highest priority. I recognize that a positive impact can only occur when students feel my guidance is genuine: trust is the catalyst. I have found the most effective and authentic way of creating a therapeutic relationship is to be honest, fair and transparent with student in addition to treating them with a great deal of respect. I intend to make every student feel valued and to build on their self-actualization. I believe being consistent in this approach with bear fruit in due season.
